   "Persuaded"   By Writer Issac Steele

Do you realize how many people have lost their sexual innocence by being persuaded?

Why is it that people are so easily persuaded in life. As people we have the right to make our own decisions about everything we do in life. When I was a young adult I experienced a life of crime and wrong choices. And now that I don't live that life any more it makes me think what persuaded me to do a lot of things I did. Everything you do in life starts with a thought or an idea, good or bad. In 1996 me and some individuals attempted to rob some neighborhood drug house. Where does the idea or thought even come from, the devil !  Why is it that some channel their energy towards positive things, and others channel their energy towards negative things. Do you realize how many people have lost their sexual innocense by being persuaded?  We all have persuaded one way or another positive or negative, probably more negative than positive. If I had the financial resources I would do a lot of persuading. Look around your surroundings and see how deadly persuasion can be. The idea of feeling good leads to substance abuse. As people we are being persuaded by the wrong things that we think make us feel good. Persuasion is a deadly thing, if it's channeled in a negative matter. Or it also can be a positive influence.  Where will persuasion lead you?   asteele2@new.rr.com

"In the Modern era man is not in control of the material conditions

around him, he is exploited by them."

By Nicholas Jay Boyes

http://www.ecologicalera.com

As the late Modern epoch continues, the historical position of the exploitation of man by man, man man to nature continues.  The continued curse of a species who destroys his ecology to survive is the real condition of 21st century America.  The ideas of a people are reliant on material conditions, governed by history, created by man.  Men create their own history in all activities, especially labour.  The bondage of man is directly caused by the lack of control of the material conditions under which he labours.  In the Modern era man is not in control of the material conditions around him, he is exploited by them.  He does not control the means of production, rather he is chained to them, in a relationship that forces him to labour, for surplus value, profit, interest etc.  He does not choose to labour, he is forced; he does not own a farm in a land reform environment, modern machinery has long since done away with this.  It is no longer possible for him to do anything but live in the city and labour on productive forces he does not control.  His lack of control is the wealth of a small number of his fellow human beings, who through history have been able to expropriate the means of production from the collective organizations that could represent freedom for him.

The constant efforts at expropriation of the states control of the means of production, recycling, for instance, point to a society resting on the ignorance of its members, and the inability of the labourers to effectively organize a new society without expropriation.  The latter is largely due to the constant subjugation of the labourers, and infiltration and destruction of labour unions and their independent organization.  They are forced to be individuals working for their own interest, rather than individuals who are individuals because they progress collective social organization.  They are pitted against one another, divided and controlled by the men who control the means of production.

Even the state, an organization of society with revolutionary potential, is run as business. The minute it is capable of supporting itself through production, the means of production are expropriated.  Expect recycling to go, as it is the state self supporting, it makes money for the state as nationalized industry, and is a target for the exploiting class.  At best recycling is the efforts of the labourers to not exploit nature to the degree of the 20th century.  The act of recycling is not for surplus value, but the organization of the state picking up the commodities could be transient.  The labour of the people remains, sorting, washing the cans, etc.  In this respect we meet history, and a paradigm shift away from bare exploitation of nature to a new higher form of society, where the right not to make a mess of the ecology becomes a human right.

Taxes, surplus value, rent are all forms of exploitation under late Modern epoch.  National debt is speculation on the states debt, this way even the state is run as a business. Mockery of the labourer in the form of the party in power suggesting nationalization is big government, is contradictory to their message, that of an ever larger mechanism for controlling the labourer, powder and lead for most of the 20th century as regards the European labourers who seemed to have been making efforts at revolution.  The message of the government being to big in a military state practicing war, is a contradiction. Yet we see this used by the expropriators to manipulate men to oppose the very efforts at their emancipation, that they are afraid somehow of the state, yet follow the power that is the direct cause of the state not being revolutionary.

The historical conditions of the epoch are transitory.  There is no reason to assume conditions may not improve, but labour is required.  Society is not going to miraculously fix itself, we have seen this repeatedly in history.  Empires rise and fall, and the current conditions are no different.  Society is often taken over by barbarians, and regresses materially.  It is only through the constant efforts at emancipation the labourer will ever free himself from the current conditions he lives under.
