I just reviewed these great gems of creative expression in music and in authorship.

January 5th, 2010

“Toolbox of Hope”  By Psychotherapist Deva Joy Gouss is a workbook for children living with illness or disability.

I must admit that I found immediately many inspirational resources on dealing with the overall day to day of children’s needs.  The work assignments, the writing space, the illustrations, and the colors, all fit together for this workbook for kids!  I think this is great!  www.toolboxofhope.com

=====================

Music CD by Tony Rooney:

“Glass on the Floor” is a CD filled with tracks that bleed music with life experiences, where the end result is light and a healing in life.  This CD brings me to a thought of being somewhere new, a meeting at some common place in life and realizing that each of us have common experiences which brings us to life’s light.  Great CD, music was well placed and played.  Thanks to Tony Rooney and band this CD will inspire.

“Back to Life” is a CD that every music listener who loves great music, strong vocals, earth tying lyrics, with the fragrance of spirituality – this CD is a must-have.  Tony Rooney and band on “Back to Life” clearly demonstrate that if they’re not on the big stage look

for them to be there.  Great CD Tony and band.

Music CD by Franklin’Stove:

“This’sUs” , “The Other End” , and “Dust before Sand”  and I truly

must say, you were right, here you have music at its evolutionary

proportion.  I was able to utilize that musical canvas and construct

my own painting of the musicians and the sounds that kept beckoning

me to listen.  Tell the band, job well done.  And I can only believe

that there’s more that’s going to come from this trio of Franklin’Stove.

Also, “Dust before Sand” was quite soothing, and yet full of excitement and life, well done again.
